October 2022.

There was a point where I decided I could no longer live in a constant state of exhaustion. Something had to shift.

I began working with meditation, nervous system regulation, and energy awareness. Not as a quick fix — but as a way to understand what was happening beneath the surface.

Over time, I started to notice something important:
My body wasn’t just tired. It was holding patterns — of fear, stress, and suppression — that I hadn’t fully been aware of.

Through deeper practices, I learned how to:

  • access and release stored emotional tension
  • meet fear without being overwhelmed by it
  • work with the body’s own intelligence instead of against it

A turning point came when I stepped into an intensive retreat space. Not because of the structure itself — but because it showed me what becomes possible when you are supported in going all the way into what you usually avoid.

What stood out wasn’t the “method” — it was the experience of:
being with what is there, without escaping it
allowing the body to process, rather than suppress
and discovering that something shifts when you stay present

At the same time, I supported my body physically through detox and nourishment.
For me, it became clear that healing is not one-dimensional — it happens across the body, the nervous system, and the deeper emotional layers.

The most important shift was this:
I no longer identified with the diagnosis.

Not because I forced it away — but because I had new tools to meet what was underneath it.

Today, this is the work I share with others.
Not as a fixed method, but as a space where you can:
slow down
be guided into what is ready to be seen
and begin to shift the patterns your system has been holding

If you recognize something in this, you’re not alone.
